Richard is a member of the National Association of Valuers & Auctioneers.
He is a third generation auctioneer who trained with the firm of Warner, Sheppard & Wade in Leicester. He was subsequently Managing Director when the firm became known as Warner Auctions.
This platform gives Richard over 35 years experience as a valuer and 30 years as an auctioneer in and around Leicester and the East Midlands.
He appeared on the BBC's Bargain Hunt in the early days of the show with David Dickinson.
Richard is a former Chairman of The Leicester Antiques Society and currently serves as a furnishings & valuables advisor to the diocese of Leicester & Southwell.
