Jan is now a consultant to the firm following her retirement at the end of 2018 and 21 years service.
Jan qualified as a Fellow of the National Association of Valuers & Auctioneers in 2001. She has also served on the NAVA Executive Committee for a number of years
She became Goldings first lady auctioneer in 2000 after training as the auctioneers' clerk and was a driving force of the firm's management for over 10 years.
Jan is a general Valuer, but having received the Professional Jewellery Gemstone Diploma of the National Association of Goldsmiths, she became our Senior Jewellery Valuer.
Her career also saw her become an Expert on the BBC's Flog It! program from 2003-2005.
