Perhaps the most interesting of all the lots at April's Lincoln Collective Sale was Lot 1, a 19th century Bardin globe which certainly saw some feisty bidding.
In fine condition, with it's original compass, auctioneer John Leatt said: "Our expectations are that it will go for £7,000 to £9,000."
