David and Christine Lockey, who own the Hobhole Bank business, started trading and finding items more than 30 years ago.
From a small start, Aladdins Cave, which takes old household goods, tidies them up and sells them on, grew into a business encompassing several containers, farm buildings and sheds and a tea room.
Each building contains hundreds of items from kitchenware, to living room and bedroom furniture and vintage and hobby items.
David said: "There's been so much going through our hands through the years. We had days where we would go out at 9am and not get back till late."
David, 67, has lived at the farm for 60 years. Christine, 66, has also lived in the area for her whole life. The pair met at a dance at the Blue Anchor, in Ingoldmells, in 1966.
Christine said: "There was three or four girls and two men and they brought us home. I got in the front instead of the back and that was it."
They married in 1970 and had twin girls - with the business beginning 10 years later.
The auction features 953 lots including a vintage tractor, shop mannequin in a wedding dress and model bi-plane.
It is organised by Colin Young of Golding Young and Mawer and takes place at Aladdins Cave, on Saturday, July 20, at 10am.
Colin said: "The collection of products is of high quality.
"The diversity of what they do has been their strength."
