Head of Department, Auctioneer & Valuer - Full Time - (Minimum 5 years experience)
Who?
We are looking for an individual with a minimum of 5 years auction house experience, preferably RICS, NAVA or SoFAA qualified, or having the desire to be on the route to qualification.
The opportunity is to join our experienced, long-standing team of Auctioneers, RICS Registered Valuers and Chartered Arts & Antiques Surveyors who will support and train anyone with ambition that is looking for a fresh challenge.
Rostrum experience is not necessary, but all-round general chattels knowledge with extensive broad cataloging experience and excellent front-of-house client skills are essential.
What?
You will be responsible for the running of the Lincoln saleroom and its team which has consistently delivered sales under the hammer exceeding £1,000,000 for over ten years. There will be no financial targets set.
You will have all the same opportunities offered to you that the firm has given to all those before you over the last 160 years. We are looking to work with a new hungry, focused individual committed to a long-term professional career.
