We currently have two part time vacancies at our Lincolnshire based auction house for office administrators.
Main duties include:
- Raising invoices
- Dealing with queries
- Answering the telephone
- Inputting cataloguing for sales
- Typing letters
The ideal candidate must have the following:
- Experience in audio transcription
- Knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook
- Secretarial experience
This is a vital role within the company and would require a conscientious,
reliable, smart individual with good overall computer knowledge and secretarial knowledge.
Lincoln Part Time Administrator
Working hours will be Thursday & Friday 9am to 1pm & 2pm to 5pm each week at our Lincoln saleroom.
With additional hours required on sale weeks. Namely Thursday's once a month 8am to sale end circa 7pm. With some additional hours of cover required during busy times and holidays.
Grantham Part Time Administrator
Working hours will be Wednesday to Friday 9am to 1pm & 2pm to 5pm each week at our Grantham saleroom.
With additional hours required on sale weeks. Namely Wednesday's and Thursday's once a month 8am to sale end circa 9pm. With some additional hours of cover required during busy times and holidays.
