Bourne Saleroom Assistant
Working hours are based around Monday to Friday 8am to 1pm & 2pm to 5pm, with extended hours on catalogue deadlines and saledays.
Main duties include (but are not limited to):
· Unpacking of goods
· Booking in items
· Photography of lots
· Heavy Lifting
· Customer Interaction
The position is available with an immediate start for the right candidate, all

Grantham Full Time Administrator
Working hours will be Monday to Friday 9am-1pm & 2pm to 5pm each week at our Grantham branch. With additional hours up to twice a month for auctions. Hours circa 7:45am – 9pm Wednesdays and Thursdays. With some additional hours of cover required during busy times and holidays.
Main duties include:
- Raising Invoices
- Dealing with queries
- Answering Telephone
- Inputting cataloguing for sales
- Typing letters
The ideal candidate must have the following:
- Experience in audio transcription
- Knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook
- Secretarial experience
This is a vital role within the company and would require a conscientious, intelligent, reliable, driven individual with good overall computer knowledge. Experience within the secretarial field is preferred.
Lincoln Saleroom Manager
We are looking for a hard working and committed individual with drive to
achieve the very best at what they are doing. This role includes a
mixture of auction and management related tasks including
photography, photograph editing, heavy lifting and online auction
administration.
The role is based around Monday to Friday 8am-1pm & 2pm-5pm at our
Lincoln premises. With extended hours inevitable one Wednesday and
Thursday a month circa 7:45am-10pm. As well as occasional overtime to
meet sale deadlines.
