We are looking for an administrator to join our busy team. Working hours will be based around Monday to Friday 9am-5pm, at our Grantham branch. One Wednesday a month will be extended hours from 8am until finish approx 6pm/7pm. There will also be one Saturday a month from 9am to 12 noon. With some additional hours of cover required during busy times and holidays.
Main duties include:
- Raising Invoices
- Dealing with queries
- Answering Telephone
- Inputting cataloguing for sales
- Typing letters
The ideal candidate must have the following:
- Experience in audio transcription
- Knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook
- Secretarial experience
This is a vital role within the company and would require a conscientious, intelligent, reliable, smart individual with good overall computer knowledge. Experience within the secretarial field is preferred.
