We are able to offer vendors a comprehensive service, ranging from visits to your home to look at various items, as well as a selection of valuation days in our saleroom and valuation offices. Full details of these are contained under valuation services. All entries are consigned subject to our standard terms and conditions of sale.

Over 80% of what we sell is sold without reserve and it may be that no pre-sale assessment is required.  Entries can be accepted Monday to Friday 9am to 1pm and 2pm to 5pm.  Except for Sale and view days.

Every week we take instructions for House Clearance for all of the prominent firms of Solicitors in the area, as well as from Private Individuals, Trustees and Executors.

A visit to the premises by one of our qualified and experienced Valuers will offer the best advice for Security, Valuation and Dispersal of the Chattel Effects.

Often things thought to be rubbish are saleable and vice-versa, so DISPOSE OF NOTHING!

Once a property is uninhabited it is a target for burglars IMMEDIATE ACTION IS REQUIRED.

All items removed from premises are listed and handled by professional carriers used by the Firm over many years.

Goods are then allocated to the next appropriate sale to ensure that items sell for the highest possible prices.
